2015 Honda Civic Hatch Recalled Because Owners Manual

2015 Honda Civic hatch recalled because owners manualModels in the 2015 Honda Civic hatch range have been recalled this week, as a result of the vehicles being delivered with an incorrect version of the owner’s manual.
Honda confirms that some 1334 Civic hatch models have been supplied with a European version of the owner’s manual.

As a result, the manual does not feature certain content necessary for our market – specifically, this means it is missing relevant information about the seatbelt ELR (emergency locking retractor) and ALR (automatic locking retractor) warnings, along with details for the rear centre anchor-point installation and the vehicle’s maximum towing weight.

Honda has confirmed that it will contact owners of affected vehicles, with the manuals to be replaced free of charge.
