Liberty Walk's ‘lb - Er34 Super Silhouette Skyline' Is Here To Scare Actual Godzillas

If there ever was a Nissan GT-R more deserving of the ‘Godzilla' nickname, Liberty Walk's ‘LB-ER34 Super Silhouette Skyline’ is probably it.

Right off the bat, we’re confused about this model’s identity. It’s not clear whether the ‘R34’ and ‘Skyline’ in the project’s name are just for homage purposes or this car is actually a previous-generation R34 modified to look like an R35.

Unveiled at the Tokyo Auto Salon, this full dry carbon widebody kit for the Nissan GT-R transforms the Japanese supercar into a scary monster. Just look at how wider the fenders are, especially those at the rear. While we haven’t been able to find specifications yet, we’re willing to bet they add 4 inches (101.6 in) of width on each side.

The flared wheel arches house massive concave wheels in a racing-inspired design, shod with Yokohama Advan GT performance tires. This brings us to another in-your-face modification: the slammed AirRex suspension that makes the upper part of the wheels 'tickle’ the inside of the wheel arches.

There’s a lot more going on with this widebody GT-R, including the aggressive front bumper resting on a huge splitter, vented hood, minimized side mirrors and the mother of all fixed wings at the rear.

Rounding off the exterior modifications are an intimidating rear diffuser and a custom exhaust system with four massive finishers. An extreme body kit like this one had to be accompanied by an equally ridiculous powertrain upgrade and Liberty Walk’s creation does not disappoint.

Thanks to HKS performance modifications, the custom Nissan GT-R now has a displacement of 4.3 liters and delivers 1,500 kW – that’s 2,039 PS or 2,011 HP for you. As you can imagine, this beast has been built for show purposes only and is not road legal.
