Green Salad With Miso Dressing

Green salad with miso dressingAdd some zing to a green salad with a kick of mustard and miso paste.

75g (1/4 cup) white miso paste
2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon caster sugar
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups mixed salad leaves

Step 1
Process the miso paste, vinegar, mustard powder, sugar and water in a food processor until combined. Add oil. Process until mixture thickens. transfer to a bowl. Cover and set aside for 1 hour to develop the flavours.
Step 2
Place the mixed salad leaves in a serving bowl and drizzle with the miso dressing.
