Ex-Nissan head Ghosn develops high fever

Former Nissan Motor Chairman Carlos Ghosn has developed a high fever and is unable to meet investigators or his lawyers.

One of his lawyers said on Thursday that Ghosn developed a fever on Wednesday night and was told by doctors that he needs rest.

Also on Thursday, the Tokyo District Court dismissed an appeal by Ghosn's lawyers the previous day, after the court rejected their request to end Ghosn's detention.
