People still without water following storm Hagibis

More than 138,000 households in 13 prefectures are still without water after Typhoon Hagibis swept through Japan over the weekend.

As of 5 p.m. Monday, 45,400 households in Iwaki City, Fukushima Prefecture, lacked tap water service.

In the city of Hitachiomiya in Ibaraki Prefecture, 15,000 households had no water.

Also among those still without water were 9,400 households in Atami City and Kannami Town, both in Shizuoka Prefecture; 4,000 in Nasukarasuyama City, in Tochigi Prefecture; and 3,100 in the towns of Okutama and Hinode, Tokyo.
