Thousands of costumed revelers packed the famous scramble crossing outside Shibuya station and nearby streets in Tokyo on Halloween.
A 19-year-old university student said she was enjoying herself tremendously as many people asked to take a picture of her. She added she will head home on the last train.
But some people were out for more than fun.
The Tokyo Metropolitan Police say officers arrested 7 people on suspicion of pickpocketing, groping and other crimes. Officers will remain alert for trouble through the early hours of Thursday as many people are still on the streets of Shibuya well after the last train.
