Visitors to Tokyo's Toyosu market got an extra treat on Saturday, the first day of a new weekly event.
Temporary stalls offered popular fishes and vegetables.
Tokyo Governor Yuriko Koike was one of the visitors who tried a hotpot of freshly cooked yellowtail.
One visitor who lives near the market says she was looking forward to the chance to buy fish and vegetables that aren't normally available to the public.
The event will take place every Saturday until March.
