Police in Tokyo have referred to prosecutors a YouTuber in his 20s and six others who, as a stunt, placed a bed in the middle of Tokyo's famed Shibuya scramble crossing in March.
The group in their 20s and 30s is suspected of violating the road traffic law by obstructing pedestrians.
The footage posted on You Tube and Twitter showed the crowd stopping to take photos.
Police say the suspects admitted to the charges. They said they wanted to make an attention-grabbing video. They apologized to the police for causing trouble.
