Motor Racing: Luck didn't come into Indy win, says SatoTakuma Sato said Friday he never wanted Sunday's Grand Prix of Long Beach to end after he became the first Japanese driver to win an IndyCar race, an achievement he insisted was no fluke.



"I was having so much fun I just wanted to keep on driving," Sato told a news conference at Honda's headquarters in Tokyo. "It wasn't just a stroke of luck. I raced really hard and the win has given me confidence."
