[Alexandros] to be in charge of theme song for new 'Gundam' movie

It's been revealed that [Alexandros] will be in charge of the anime film 'Kidou Senshi Gundam Senkou no Hathaway' to open in theaters on July 23. 

This was announced on March 24 during an event called 'GUNDAM FAN GATHERING -Senkou no Hathaway: Heirs to GUNDAM-' held at Zepp DiverCity TOKYO. On selecting [Alexandros] to sing the theme song, producer Ogata Naohiro commented, "Gundam has been popular overseas in recent years, so I wanted an artist who we could go overseas with. As such, we asked [Alexandros]."

Kawakami Yohei (Vo,G), who made a surprise appearance at the event, expressed, "I'm very happy. It's such an honor." More details on the theme song will be revealed later as the band is currently working on the song.

[Alexandros] will hold a live house tour called 'Where's My Tomato? Tour' from June. 

This announcement was made on March 18 during a live broadcast. The upcoming tour is scheduled to kick off on June 24 at KT Zepp Yokohama and will wrap up on August 15 Zepp Haneda for a total of 14 shows at 7 venues. The full schedule can be seen below the cut.

[ALEXANDROS] cancel 3 dates for U.S. tour

[ALEXANDROS] have announced that they have cancelled three dates of their upcoming U.S. tour. These dates include October 14 and 15 in Texas and October 17 in Oklahoma. 

The band's official website explained that it has become difficult for the members to obtain their visas as they have not heard back from the U.S. Embassy. They will work hard to hold the remaining two shows, October 22 in Washington D.C. and October 23 in New York, as scheduled.

[ALEXANDROS] have revealed the trailer for their new album "Sleepless in Brooklyn" to be released on November 21. 

The album includes "Mosquito Bite," which is the theme song for the movie 'BLEACH,' "Hanauta," which is the CM song for Tokyo Metro's 'Find my Tokyo.' and their new song "Arpeggio," which will be used in the PlayStation 4 software 'JUDGE EYES: Shinigami no Igon.' [ALEXANDROS] will release a new album (currently untitled) this November. They have also announced an arena tour for next spring. 

This announcement was made on August 16 during their first stadium one-man live 'VIP PARTY 2018' at ZOZO Marine Stadium in Chiba. The upcoming album will be their seventh original album, and their first since "EXIST!" was released two years ago. The title, track list, and other details will be revealed at a later date.

[ALEXANDORS] will tour the United States of the very first time in October. 

The band has been gaining popularity overseas with a CD release in Asia and Europe, appearances in festivals, and concerts in South Korea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. They have also performed at the event 'SXSW' held every March in Texas in 2014 and 2016. For their upcoming tour, they are scheduled to hold concerts in Texas, Oklahoma, Washington DC, and New York.

The PV was shot with a 6K camera, and it shows the members performing from many different angles. Director Fukatsu Masakazu wanted to create a "cool footage that people have never seen before."

[ALEXANDROS] to be in charge of theme songs for 'Bleach' live-action film

[ALEXANDROS] will be providing both the theme song "Mosquito Bite" and insert song "MILK" for the upcoming 'BLEACH' live-action film adaptation (July 20th premiere). 

'BLEACH' is the live action film adaptation of Kubo Tite's popular manga series. It tells a story of a boy named 'Kurosaki Ichigo', who receives soul reaper powers from a soul reaper named 'Kukichi Rukia.' Ichigo will be played by Fukushi Sota and Rukia by Sugisaki Hana. Recently, MIYAVI was cast as the role of 'Kukichi Byakuya.'

The details on [ALEXANDROS] new single have been revealed.

Slated for release on May 23, the band's new single will be titled "KABUTO." In addition to the title track, it will contain "Hanauta," which is the CM song for Tokyo Metro's "Find my Tokyo." and "Follow Me," a number with a positive message from the band. The Limited Edition will enclose a photo book which was shot in New York.
