Toshiba today announced the introduction of a 30V voltage power MOSFET line-up for general-purpose DC-DC converters used in base stations and servers. The products use the latest 8th generation low-voltage trench structure and achieve the highest class[Note 1] of low ON-resistance and high-speed switching. Mass production is scheduled to start at the end of June.
This will be Base Ball Bear’s 3rd mini-album following “GIRL FRIEND” (released April 2006) and “Hatsukoi” (July 2012). Seiko Epson , the world leader of quartz crystal technology has begun shipping samples of the VG-4513CB series of voltage controlled crystal oscillators (VCXO). Designed for optical networking and LTE (long-term evolution) base station applications, the VG-4513CB uses a high-frequency fundamental*1 crystal to achieve output frequencies up to 500 MHz with no spurs and very low phase noise and low jitter*2. The VG-4513CB is packaged in a very small package, 87% smaller than existing VCXOs, and has excellent vibration sensitivity.
