Toyota Motor Sales (TMS) today reported July 2012 sales results of 164,898 units, an increase of 36.6 percent compared to the same period last year on a daily selling rate (DSR) basis. On a raw volume basis, unadjusted for 24 selling days in July 2012 compared to 26 selling days in July 2011, TMS sales were up 26.1 percent from the year-ago month.
Canon has developed a special-purpose head-mount display and software for position alignment. The system uses high-precision, high-speed image processing to obtain synthesized images. These look the same size as they would with the naked eye, and they can be seen in real time.
"Starship Troopers: Invasion," a full-CG animated film and sequel to the 1997 live-action sci-fi action epic "Starship Troopers," will hit cinemas nationwide on July 21, Sony Pictures Entertainment (Japan) Inc. said.

"Moyashimon Returns," a sequel to the "Moyashimon: Tales of Agriculture" animated TV series that aired in 2007, will debut in July on Fuji Television Network Inc.'s "noitaminA" midnight animation slot, it has been revealed.
"Moyashimon" is based on a manga of the same name by Masayuki Ishikawa currently running in Kodansha Ltd.'s Evening comic magazine. Set at an agricultural university, the story follows Tadayasu Sawaki, who has a special ability to see and communicate with microorganisms and bacteria. He also has a unique circle of friends at the school.
