Square Enix To Release Patches That Fix Chrono Trigger For The Pc

Square Enix To Release Patches That Fix Chrono Trigger For The PC

Back in February and much to everyone's surprise and delight, Square Enix released Chrono Trigger on the PC which they made available through Steam. However it did not take long for that delight to turn into complaints as many did not seem to be too thrilled with the port as it appeared to be a direct port of the mobile version of Chrono Trigger.

This meant somewhat poor graphics and a user interface that seemed more designed for mobile than for PC gaming. Square Enix stated that they would be "assessing" the issues and the good news is that they have a solution. In an announcement on its Steam page, Square Enix has stated that they plan to release a series of patches for the game that will address the complaints that players have about it.
