In developing Quell Memento for PS Vita, we realized that the project was first started 20 years ago! You see, the game prototype was originally created on an Amstrad CPC computer, way back in 1993! Having said that, it was very different back then – it was called “Last of the Smileys” and was a lot more 8-bit in style. As we set about improving the game for a modern release, we knew that we wanted to have a much more unique visual style. After much discussion, we decided upon a gentle old-fashioned look, in part because we read that the human brain is more intelligent when it is relaxed.
The creative minds at PlayStation C.A.M.P! have created an entirely original puzzle game and it has been creating a strong buzz ever since its debut at the Tokyo Game Show in 2012. Today we’re excited to announce that OPEN ME! – an addictive AR puzzle game for PS Vita – is coming to Europe later this year!
According to MobileSyrup, the smartphone will be available for purchase in later March for only $150/€115 off contract. The smartphone will also go on sale at Bell on March 27 for a similar price.
What's next? OLED, as Sony and Panasonic are partnering on developing the technology and according to sources it plans to outsource manufacturing to keep costs down.

Late last month, we brought 50 Scion FR-S owners to Scion Headquarters to take part in the Scion to SEMA caravan to Las Vegas. The 300-mile journey through the desert started during the early morning hours of October 31, 2012, and took the drivers out to the SEMA Show, where the Scion FR-S took center stage for the first time.
