JVC expands its just-for-kids headphone line with the addition of two new models – an on-ear headphone and earbuds. The new headphones are designed specifically for children and offer a comfortable, fun and safe alternative to adult-sized headphones for kids who want to enjoy their music, games and videos.
Both models are CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) certified and include a volume limiter that prevents output volume from exceeding 85dB to prevent damage to young ears. Both models also come with stickers so kids can decorate and personalize their headphones.
The new HA-KD3 on-ear headphones, CPSIA certified for children three and older, feature soft ear pads for comfort. The flat-folding design makes them easy to carry, while the 2.62-foot (0.8m) cord is ideal for use with portable devices. The HA-KD3 is available in four bright color combinations: yellow/blue, purple/green, purple/pink and red/yellow.
The new HA-KD1 earbuds are CPSIA certified for children six and older, and feature a one-piece non-removable earpiece for safety. There’s a hologram decoration on the headphone housing and the headphones are available in four colors: blue, pink, white and light blue.
Both the HA-KD1 and HA-KD3 are available now for $14.95 and $19.95, respectively.
