HY announces tour finale in Okinawa + 13th original album

HY recently kicked off their 47-Precture tour on September 22 at Ginowan Kaihin Kouen Outdoor Theater in Okinawa. It's been announced that the finale will be held on March 23 at Okinawa Convention Center. 

March 23 marks the anniversary that the band held their first one-man live at Ginowan Kaihin Kouen Outdoor Theater back in 2002. Their six-month long tour started and will end in their hometown of Okinawa.

Nintendo had previously announced that it would conduct a Nintendo Direct presentation on September 6th. It would have been the company’s first Direct presentation after E3 2018. However, it had to postpone the presentation following the unfortunate earthquake in Japan’s province of Hokkaido. The company has now confirmed that it has rescheduled the presentation on September 13th.

The details on aiko's 13th album "Shimetta Natsu no Hajimari" have been revealed. 

"Shimetta Natsu no Hajimari" is slated for release on June 6. In addition to her singles "Straw," "Yokoku," and "Koi wo Shita no wa," the album will include 10 brand new songs. You can check out the jacket covers and track list below the cut.

aiko's 13th album "Shimetta Natsu no Hajimari' will be released on June 6. 

The upcoming album will be her first since "May Dream" was released about two years ago. It will include her singles "Straw" and "Yokoku" as well as "Koi wo Shita no wa," which was the theme song to the movie 'Koe no Karachi.' More details will be revealed later.
