Nakagawa Shoko is the next Japanese celebrity to launch a YouTube channel amid the coronavirus pandemic. 

Nissy has opened 'Nissy channel' on YouTube.

On 'Nissy channel,' you can watch past music videos and lives as well as a documentary footage called 'Road to Nissy.' He commented, "To everyone refraining from nonessential outings. To everyone working at hospitals. To everyone who has to report to work. I hope I can help lessen your anxiety even if it's just a little bit. Also it would make me happy if you would include me in your time at home."

You will be able to watch BABYMETAL's Tokyo Dome concerts from September of 2016 via their official YouTube channel on April 10 and 11. 

Due to the worldwide spread of the novel coronavirus, BABYMETAL postponed their Asia tour 'METAL GALAXY WORLD TOUR IN ASIA', which was scheduled to be held in March and April. BABYMETAL wrote "LET'S MOSH'SH AT HOME!" on their SNS accounts hoping that their fans will enjoy their lives at home. The details can be seen below. 

Johnny's & Associates have opened Twitter and Instagram accounts for their project 'Johnny's Smile Up! Project.' 

This project was launched to support disaster-stricken areas from the heavy rain and flooding in summer of 2018. As a result of the spreading of the new coronavirus, Johnny's & Associates have been carrying out various awareness activities. All activities from here on out will be held as a part of the 'Smile Up! Project.'

flumpool have revealed the jacket covers for their new album "Real" that's slated for release on May 20. 

You may remember the jacket covers for flumpool's debut mini album "Unreal" (released in November of 2008) in which the members were pictured nude from behind. In order to portray the worldview of the album, that shows the current way of living after experiencing a period of setbacks and conflicts, the band decided to use the same studio and photographer to shoot the jacket covers.

It's been reported that SUPER BEAVER drummer Fujiwara "31-sai" Hiroaki has fallen ill with the novel coronavirus. 

On April 1st, Fujiwara developed a fever and rested at home after consulting a health center. He received the PCR test on the 3rd, and the results came back positive on the 6th.  While his health showing improvement, he is still recuperating at home. Reportedly, fellow member Uesugi Kenta (B) is also currently in poor health and has been ordered to stay at home from the health center. 

MIYAVI has unveiled the lyric video for his new song "Need for Speed" via YouTube. 

"Need for Speed" was released digitally on April 8 and will be included in his new album "Holy Nights" to drop on April 22. It has an edgy sound, and the lyrics portray one's wishes of moving forward.

Maison book girl have revealed a "parallel version" music video for their song "my cut." 

This song was included in the group's first album "bath room" released back in 2015. The "parallel version" video was created as a part of their program 'Maison book girl / Dual' on WOWOW PLUS MUSIC. With the concept, "What if Maison book girl put all their energy into idol activities?" the members express their image of an idol through the video. idomin was in charge of the choreography.

Comedian duo Tampopo's Shiratori Kumiko has been diagnosed with the new coronavirus. 

According to an announcement by her agency, Shiratori had an abnormal sense of smell on March 29th, but didn't think anything of it as she has allergic rhinitis. However, on April 3rd, she received news from one of her close friends that they tested positive for coronavirus. As such, she reevaluated her symptoms and realized that she also had a fever. Since then, she has been staying at home and has been in contact with a health care center. 

HKT48 have revealed the full PV for their 13th single "3 - 2" (April 22 release) 

For this single, fourth generation student Unjo Hirona serves as center for the first time. The PV was shot at 5 locations in Fukuoka, and the members do a dance while holding ribbons that symbolize their "proof of determination."

Piko Taro's new song "PPAP-2020-" has been uploaded onto YouTube. 

As the new coronavirus spreads throughout the world, Piko Taro thought about what he could do for everyone. "PPAP-2020-" is a rearrangement of "PPAP", which was released back in 2016. With the new song, he encourages hand washing and prays for people and peace throughout the world. 

Shonan no Kaze will release their new album "Shonan no Kaze ~Shiho Senpu~" on May 20. 

It's been about two years since the group released their last album "Shonan no Kaze ~Ichigo Ichie~." Their upcoming album will feature a total of 14 songs including the theme song for the PlayStation 4 software 'Ryu ga Gotoku 7: Hikari to Yami no Yukue.' 

Kurosawa Kazuko (41) of comedian trio Morisanchu is the next Japanese celebrity to contract the novel coronavirus. 

According to Yoshimoto Kogyo, Kurosawa developed a fever on March 21st around noon, but returned to normal temperature later that day. After seeing a doctor, she was ordered to stay at home for two days. She then returned to work on the 25th and participated in a shoot for a program. However, she had lost her sense of taste and smell and learned that it could be a symptom of the coronavirus. As such, she cancelled all of her work.
