Japan To Dispatch Coronavirus Vaccine Freezers

From Saturday, Japan's government will start sending freezers for storing coronavirus vaccines to 100 facilities tasked with inoculating medical workers prioritized to receive the first doses.

The Prime Minister's Office made the announcement on Friday via Twitter.

The government plans to start inoculations in late February using the vaccine developed by Pfizer. It must be stored at around minus 75 degrees Celsius.
