When it comes to racing games, there are many that gamers can choose from. You can go for more street style racing with the Need For Speed franchise, or alternatively you can choose to race super cars with the Forza franchise. However if you want something fun and silly, there's Nintendo's Mario Kart.

So out of all the racing franchises out there, which is the most popular? While we can't speak for other countries, a recent report from the NPD Group has revealed that Mario Kart is the best-selling racing franchise of all time in the US. According to analyst Mat Piscatella, "Mario Kart 8 Deluxe was the month's top-selling title. As a property, Mario Kart is the all-time best-selling racing franchise in the U.S."

Nikon Corporation announced today the reorganization of its corporate structure. Nikon's Core Technology Division will be closed and replaced by Research & Development Division and Production Technology divisions. As you'd expect, the former is dedicated to research and development, the latter integrates the functions of group production strategy planning and production technology development. The objective of this move is to clarify functions and responsibilities and enhance the efficiency of the production system.

In addition Nikon is integrating its Medical Business Development Division and Microscope Solutions Business Unit to form a new Healthcare Business Unit with the goal to create business synergies.

Takenaka Corp announced May 17, 2017, that the energy balance of its Minami-Kanto branch office (Chuo-ku, Chiba Prefecture) has become "positive" throughout the year.

The two-story office building was completed in 2003 with a site area of 1,432m2 and a total floor area of 1,318m2. Takenaka renovated the building to reduce its power consumption and installed a solar power generation system while the office was being in normal operation. The renovation period was from October 2015 to March 2016.
