More Than 350,000 Households Without Power

Tokyo Electric Power Company says more than 290,000 households in Tokyo and six other prefectures in its service area are without power as of 2:00 a.m. on Sunday.

And Tohoku Electric Power Company says over 60,000 households in Fukushima and Miyagi prefectures are blacked out as of 2:00 a.m.
