More Than 852,000 Households Without Power

Tokyo Electric Power Company says nearly 785,000 households in Tokyo and eight other prefectures in its service area are without power as of 1:00 a.m. on Sunday.

And Tohoku Electric Power Company says around 67,000 households in Fukushima and Miyagi prefectures are blacked out as of 1 a.m.
