Ohtani Shohei Extends Hitting Streak To 7 Games
In Major League Baseball, Japanese two-way star Ohtani Shohei of the Los Angeles Angels has extended his hitting streak to seven games.
Ohtani was in the starting lineup as the designated hitter against the Texas Rangers on Sunday.
In his first at-bat, he got an infield hit. He later advanced to third base and came home on a passed ball.
He was hitless in his four other at-bats.
The Angels beat the Rangers 8 to 3.
