Report: Ioc Member Says Postponement Decided

A leading US newspaper has quoted a member of the International Olympic Committee as saying the postponement of the Tokyo Olympic Games has been decided.
On Monday, USA Today reported on a phone interview it had had with IOC member Dick Pound.
Pound said, "on the basis of the information the IOC has, postponement has been decided."
He went on to say, "the Games are not going to start on July 24, that much I know."
He added, "we will postpone this and begin to deal with all the ramifications of moving this, which are immense."
