Tokyo Confirms 316 New Coronavirus Cases Wednesday

Tokyo Metropolitan Government officials confirmed 316 new coronavirus cases in the capital on Wednesday.

The figure is 103 more than a week ago.

The total number of people who have tested positive in Tokyo now stands at 112,345.

Officials say 52 patients are in serious condition, down two from Tuesday.
