Tokyo Reports 25,444 New Cases Of Coronavirus On Wednesday

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government confirmed 25,444 new cases of the coronavirus on Wednesday.

The daily tally for the capital is about 4,000 fewer than a week earlier.

Tokyo officials said 36 patients were on ventilators or ECMO heart-lung machines, down three from Tuesday.
