Next - Gen Honda Civic Type R Spied From Every Angle

Next-gen Honda Civic Type R spied from every angle

It's been over a year since we last showed you spy shots of a next-gen Honda Civic Type R. In that time, Honda has revealed both the 2022 Civic Sedan and Hatchback. We've driven the Sedan, but the Type R is using the Hatchback body style, just like the previous generation.

We'll look at the two side-by-side later on in this story, but let's start with what's changed on this test car versus the one from a year ago. The most obvious difference is the presence of an actual, production exhaust system. You'll notice that the center-exit triple-tip exhaust is making its way from the old car to the new one. However, look closely, and you'll notice a small difference. The new triple-tip exhaust has one larger center tip and two smaller flanking tips, whereas the previous generation car is reversed with a smaller center tip and two larger tips flanking it.

2022 Subaru Brz Pricing Is Out, And It's Still Plenty Affordable

2022 Subaru BRZ pricing is out, and it's still plenty affordable

The 2022 Subaru BRZ looks like it's going to be a big upgrade in many ways over the outgoing model, but its original ethos of being an affordable enthusiast car isn't going anywhere. Subaru announced pricing today, and it's good news for anybody worried the more powerful 2.4-liter engine and bevy of new tech and features would lead to significant price increases.

A base BRZ Premium with the six-speed manual transmission will head out the door for $28,955, including the destination charge. Due to some trim maneuvering on Subaru's part — only the top-tier Limited was available for last generation's 2020 model year — that makes the cheapest 2022 car slightly cheaper than the base 2020 BRZ by $790.

2021 Acura Tlx Long - Term Update | Child And Infant Car Seat Test

2021 Acura TLX Long-Term Update | Child and infant car seat test

The best seat in our long-term 2021 Acura TLX is the driver's seat (though it could be more supportive). It's a fun car to drive. But what if you have a family of four, with two children in car seats?

First, let me explain the reasoning for where I put the car seats. Wollie, who rides in a front-facing Britax Frontier high-back booster seat, often gets dropped off at the curb for school and camp — and I'm often the one doing it — so the passenger side makes logistical sense. I don't want him stepping out into traffic.

Toyota's Redesigned Aqua Hybrid Probably Won't Revive The Prius C

Toyota's redesigned Aqua hybrid probably won't revive the Prius C

The Toyota Prius C may have left U.S. markets in 2019, but the compact hybrid (and compact in general) segment is still going strong elsewhere in the world. In Japan, where the Prius C was called the Aqua, Toyota has just launched its second-generation successor.

The Prius C is described as all-new, even though at first glance it retains evolutionary styling. It keeps the same dimensions as its predecessor, but with new front end brightwork and optional LED lights it looks a bit more upscale than the Prius C was.
