Fujifilm X - S10 Mirrorless Camera Launched

Fujifilm X-S10 Mirrorless Camera Launched

We have been hearing the rumors that Fujifilm could be working on a new mid-range digital camera in the form of the X-S10. Turns out the rumors were spot on because the company has since officially taken the wraps off their latest mirrorless camera in the form of the Fujifilm X-S10.

With the X-S10, it seems that Fujifilm is joining other companies such as Sony by creating cameras that seem to be designed for vloggers in mind. This comes in the form of a fully articulating display that lets the user see if they’re in frame when the camera is pointed at themselves. There is also built-in image stabilization, along with support for microphone input.

The X-S10 has also been designed to feature a larger and more prominent grip, perfect for videography if you’re looking for a camera that’s easy to hold without the need for purchasing additional accessories. The camera will feature the use of a 26.1MP X-Trans IV CMOS sensor and the company’s X-Processor 4 image engine.

There is also support for 4K video at 30fps and Full HD with framerates of up to 240fps. The camera comes with a host of external dials for easy access to various controls, while sporting Fujifilm’s trademarked retro design. The X-S10 is priced starting at $1,000 for body-only and will be available this November. As it is part of the company’s X-series of cameras, it will also play nicely with other X-series lenses.
